5091 - Cerussite- $450
Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
Small Cabinet , 5.9 x 3.6 x 1 cm

Stunning zoning highlights this well-developed cerussite blade. On top of the beautiful zoning, this large crystal is actually doubly-terminated! Although repaired (very clean down the middle - you wouldnt know if I didnt say), this crystal has so much going for it.

2812- Malachite and Linarite on Cerussite- $750
Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
Miniature, 3.6 x 3.2 x 1.6 cm

A really fantastic and unusual cerussite miniature, as it has a rich coating ingrained into the surface of microcrystalline malachite and linarite (and possibly other minerals) that give it a rich blue-green color! The color is a richer and more sparkly blue-green in person, almost like dark turquoise! Note that it is translucent and "glows" green in good lighting (see bottom row), unlike any ceru I have ever seen. Acquired 7-23-1984

WI-2813 Linarite on Cerussite with Quartz - $450
Tsumeb, Namibia
Miniature, 5.5 x 5 x 2.5 cm

A really fantastic and unusual cerussite specimen, as it has a rich coating ingrained into the surface of microcrystalline linarite (and possibly other minerals) that give it a rich blue-green color! The color is a richer and more sparkly blue-green in person, almost like dark turquoise! Minor Quartz as well. Acquired 7-23-1984

Very nicely developed reticulated Cerussite with excellent luster and a milky to clear color. This is a very good example of a very sought-after habit. The piece is complete all around front and sides except for a few micro-dings and one missing vertical spoke atop (easy to see if you look closely, but not from afar).

1471 - Cerussite w/ Sulfide inclusions- $45 (SOLD)
Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
Miniature, 3.7 x 2.7 x 2.3 cm

The unusual included sulfides give these crystals a rich honey-brown color. Combine that with superb luster and very good form, and you have a very nice, attractive miniature.

1455 - Smoky Cerussite- $495
Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
SMALL CABINET, 6.6 x 4.5 x 3.5 cm

Superb mirror-like luster and very good color/clarity highlight this very nice cluster of crystals, which range up to 4 cm in size. The cluster is miraculously complete all around the sides and even terminated well on the bottom and around much of the backside - I think it is probably good enough there to be considered a floater! There is some twinning here that is more obvious in person, and thus the overall specimen is much better in person. This is WELL above average in luster, color, and clarity espeically for a smoky cerussite which is less common than the traditional hues.

3998 - Cerussite on Azurite (FLOATER AND DT!) - $450

Terrific combination piece with three nice Cerussite crystals on a large lustrous Azurite crystal that is doubly-terminated and a floater. The Azurite is even accented with numerous small Malachite balls, and the Cerussites themselves are clear and lustrous. One is even twinned. You’d better grab this one fast, because it is that attractive! Also, the association is quite unusual, when you think about it...I cannot say as I have seen another ceru ON the azurite before.

This specimen is actually one fully developed and two partially developed sixlings. The larger one has very good luster on many of its faces, and good clarity, as well. VERY 3-D barrel-shaped form, in person! An interesting piece for both its size and combination of forms.

Gorgeous set of what is actually two sets of V-twins, one of which is completely developed. The luster is a rich pearly satin; and the creamy color complements the luster perfectly. With all three crystals being well-terminated, this is an absolute top-of-the-line miniature.

1458 - Cerussite- $275
Tsumeb Mine, Namibia
SMALL CABINET, 6.0 x 4.3 x 2.6 cm

Large, lustrous, and smoky crystals that form a sixling on one end, and the start of a large reticulated cluster on the other. That is a very attractive combination of highly-desired forms. Some of the edges do have chatter, but it does not detract from the overall visual appeal. In person, it is much better!
